A Human Resources (HR) Audit is an in-depth review of the business’s entire HR function which includes benefits, employee files, training, performance management, hiring, and terminations. A consultant will spend time on-site reviewing your current Human Resources function and employee files and the client will be provided with an in-depth report of recommendations.

When should you have an audit done?

  • Hiring milestones (15 employees, 50 employees, etc)

  • After an investigation by a state or federal agency

  • After a merger or acquisition

  • After a major change in leadership (CEO, President, etc)
