Employers Have More Time for EEO-1 Filing


Reporting requirements for employers can be daunting and never-ending but thankfully, another regulatory agency has offered more time for employers to get their data together.

Employers with 100 employees or more and most federal contractors with 50 employees or more are required to file an EEO-1 report with the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). The deadline was originally TODAY, May 17th but the EEOC has extended the deadline to June 21, 2022.
